About Communication Arts
The Communication Arts department at Union University is a growing and dynamic department that includes majors in Advertising, Broadcast Journalism, Digital Media Studies, Journalism, Media Communications, Public Relations, Speech and Theatre. We also offer unique minors in Film Studies and Photojournalism.
Students majoring in communication arts will, in their chosen major, understand the theories, principles, and history of communicating arts, demonstrate competency in written, oral and visual communication skills and demonstrate knowledge of the impact on society.
